    What am I paying for?
    You are purchasing a Producer Credit from OEJ OÜ (a for-profit company). After a successful payment, you receive a unique Producer record (a Producer number) and access to transparency-related content where available.
    Is this a charitable donation?
    No. This payment is a purchase of a digital product (Producer Credit) from OEJ OÜ. It is not a tax-deductible donation to a non-profit organization.
    Is it really €1?
    The core product is €1. If the checkout offers additional amounts (e.g., €2/€5/€10), those are optional choices shown clearly at checkout.
    The final amount you pay is always the price shown at checkout (including any applicable taxes such as VAT, if required by law).
    If I pay €5, do I get 5 Producer Credits?
    One payment = one Producer record (one Producer number), unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise. Choosing a higher amount means you’re paying more for the same digital product to support the project.
    Do I need to create an account?
    No. Payments are one-time and account-free. You only provide what’s required to process the payment and send your receipt.
    Where does the money go?
    The project uses an “Honest Economics” model: 25% is reserved as an impact allocation released at milestones (with proof where appropriate), and 75% supports operations (fees, tools, hosting, security, content, marketing/distribution, legal/accounting, and taxes/compliance).
    Live counters show successful payments only. The public ledger is reconciled and updated at least weekly.
    Is my payment secure?
    Yes. Payments are processed via Stripe, supporting Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cards with industry-standard security. OEJ OÜ does not store your full card details.
    Will I receive a receipt?
    Yes. A receipt is sent automatically to your email after a successful payment.
    Can I appear anonymously?
    Yes. If public listings exist (e.g., a Producer wall), you can choose an anonymous display option where available.
    Some internal records must still be retained for legal, accounting, and security reasons.
